Entitlements Management is used to automatically insert Employee entitlements based on entitlement plans. Entitlements Management redirects to the Employee Entitlements List View after execution.

 

Entitlements Management

Year of Reference : Insert the year of reference. Format is YYYY. Mandatory. (i.e 2017)

Department/Section : Select a Department/Section from the drop-down list for which you wish to insert entitlements. If no selection is made then all Departments/Sections are used. 

Entitlement Plan : Select an Entitlement Plan from the drop-down list for which you wish to use to insert entitlements. If no selection is made then all plans are used. 

Employee : Select an Employee from the drop-down list for which you wish to insert entitlements. If no selection is made then all employees are used. 

From (Date) :  First date of the reference year, yyyy-01-01 -> Default Value that does not change. 

To (Date) :  Last date of the reference year, yyyy-12-31 -> Default Value that does not change. 

Validity Dates specify the period that the entitlement is valid to be used by an employee for absences.

Validity From : Starting date of the entitlements' validity. First date of the reference year, yyyy-01-01 -> Default Value CAN CHANGE.

Validity To : Ending date of the entitlements' validity. Last date of the reference year, yyyy-12-31 -> Default Value CAN CHANGE. 

Category : Entitlement of Employees -> Default Value that can change. 

Status : Select Whether status is Published, Unpublished, Archived or Trashed.

Featured : Select whether Featured or not

Access : Select whether Access is Public, Special etc.

 

Every time you run Entitlements Management (i.e if you wish to change the validity period of a specific entitlement i.e A/L of a specific year i.e 2017) the system moves to trash all A/L entitlements of 2017 and reinserts them according to your new preferences.
